Can the Voice Recognition API be commercially used?

As long as the customer agrees to the terms of usage (especially, please check Article 35 ‘Unguaranteed’), the Voice Recognition API can be used regardless of the scale of usage or commercial/private use.

Please note that in case guarantees not stipulated in the terms of usage are desired, such as always provided, it is possible to discuss them separately. Such cases may be supported outside of ’docomo developer support’.
